I recently purchased a pre-owned Brother innov-is V5 sewing machine. It was a local pickup deal. After chatting with Adam, I mentioned that my husband and I are both disabled and reside in the Liverpool area. He coordinated with Will, who personally delivered the machine to us. Upon inspection, I noticed that some components that were supposed to come with the machine, according to the manual, were not included. I had a talk with Will, who then communicated with Callum, and they generously ordered and covered the cost for the missing part on my behalf. An amazing experience overall! The service was set up, and my machine was collected by a courier in just 2 days. Once it was ready, I received a video that detailed the work completed. Instead of sending it back via courier, Will happened to be visiting his sister nearby, so he brought my machine back himself. You really don’t see service like this too often.

I was thrilled when Barnyarns got the nod as an official Pfaff dealer since I had a tough time finding anyone else in the UK to assist with my machine issues. They recently serviced my Pfaff Creative Icon 1 (big thanks to Will Steer). Overall, the service was top-notch and super quick. I also buy other sewing supplies from Barnyarns and I'm happy to give them a shout-out to others.

Barnyarns didn’t deliver a £4 item and left me to figure out why they messed up, plus they refused to send a replacement for what they didn’t deliver. I reckon their customer service was lacking because it’d cost them more than £4 to sort out the delivery issue, or maybe they just didn’t care. I wouldn’t put my faith in them for a bigger order or any future purchases. It’s like stepping back into the past with their customer service.

I've been shopping at Barnyarns for quite a while now, and the service has always been top-notch. Whether online or at their warehouse, I can't complain. My go-to thread is King Tut, and I make sure to grab it only from Barnyarns. Besides the awesome service, there's also Jon's newsletter. It's packed with info on needles, threads, and even has a joke of the day that never fails to bring a grin to my face. I totally recommend Barnyarns to all quilters and sewers out there!

Fantastic price for Black Friday and super speedy delivery! This machine is just great for learning. The only downside was that I didn’t get the voucher right away and had to ring them up a couple of times. Eventually, I received the voucher. After using it, I got a reply email, but there was no info about the delivery. It took almost a month, and when I called, it seemed like it got lost somewhere. But today, I finally got an email saying it’s set to arrive on Monday. Now, I’m a happy customer!

I bought a Pfaff 1.5 embroidery machine with the promised extras, via Callum, for my wife's 80th birthday. Delivery was a bit iffy due to Barnyarns getting their machines, but Callum kept me in the loop. As the delivery date approached, he really went above and beyond, creating a fantastic birthday card that listed my gift, which showed up right on her special day, with the machine following closely behind.
